I grow nutrient-dense food while combating climate change by taking on regenerative practices such as crop rotation and windbreaks and enhancing diversity through heirloom varieties alongside organic hybrid fruits and vegetables. These methods contribute to the resilience of our ecosystems, ensuring a sustainable environment for future generations.
