Terms & Conditions

Booking, Cancellation, Missed Class, and Refund Policy for All Online Classes

Please read the following guidelines carefully

Booking Policy:


1. All bookings for online classes must be made at least 12 hours in advance. The instructor (Casey) adequately prepares materials and ensures a high-quality learning experience.


2. Once your booking is confirmed, please note the scheduled class time and ensure you are available and prepared for the lesson.

Cancellation Policy:

 

1. Please give us at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel a class. This notification allows me to accommodate other students interested in attending the session.


2. To cancel a class, please email me at nourishourworld3@gmail.com ASAP (as soon as possible).


3. If you cancel within the 12-hour, your cancellation will be considered late, and our standard refund policy will not apply (see Refund Policy).

Missed Class Policy:


1. If you cannot attend a scheduled class and fail to cancel within the specified time frame, it will be considered a "no-show."


2. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for no-shows.

3. If a student is late for a lesson, I (Casey) will wait 10 minutes before the student will be considered absent and thus will not be refunded for the lesson. 


Refund Policy:


1. My refund policy is applicable only under specific circumstances, such as technical issues or instructor-related cancellations.


2. If you encounter any technical difficulties preventing you from attending a class, please email Casey immediately at nourishourworld3@gmail.com. I will assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution.


3. Refunds for cancellations made within the 12-hour window and no-shows, as per our policies, will not be provided.
